Diabeter is a type 1 diabetes treatment clinic. The glucose values from your sensor and pump can be easily uploaded to your file if you’re enrolled as a patient within Diabeter. You can access the data from your uploads via this app. Via a colored table of your blood glucose readings, you can consult the app for a clear overview of data over the past couple of weeks. Besides the overview of glucose values, you can find a link towards the Diabstore to order diabetes materials and insulin via the app. Get an overview of your insulin or pump prescription information or consult a list of your next upcoming appointments with diabeter. New capabilities will be added to the app in the future to provide you with a personal patient care portal. The app complies with all security measures and norms and is only destined to be used by people who are receiving treatment by Diabeter.
