Description
The DoorBird App provides mobile access to DoorBird IP Video Door Stations. Using the app, you can see and hear your visitors in real time, speak with them or unlock the door. When visitors press your doorbell, you receive a push notification on your iPhone or iPad and can immediately answer your door – from anywhere in the world. The DoorBird can also send instant alerts when a visitor triggers the built-in motion sensor. No matter if you are at home or not, you will never miss a visitor or a delivery.
DoorBird's innovative IP technology was developed in Germany and is continuously improved through regular app and hardware updates. The system works in your local network (LAN) as well as outside of your home network environment without range limitation and securely encrypted over the Internet.

Funkční, ale pomalé.
Funguje spolehlivě, ale vždy se čeká na video. Až pak je možné zvednou hovor. Bylo by dobře mít možnost automatického zvednutí sluchátka a rovnou hovořit. Dobrá volba by byla i možnost vypnout kameru a použit jen zvuk. Například při pomalejším připojení. A nakonec to nejdůležitější. Udělat widget pro otevírání dveří. Když jdu domu tak nejrychlejší je otevřít si přes hodinky. Tam bohužel není zpětná vazba o otevření zámku. Takže máčknu a doufám, že vše proběhne.

Not functioning well
More and more often the app crashes, especially when I use also the AppleWatch app. Sometimes it switches between LAN and nonLAN mode, even if I am connected to wifi and the signal is perfect. Then it takes minutes to connect to the station, so the visit is already away..

Uvítal bych časové razítko přímo v obraze. Delší upozornění na zazvonění běží i po přijetí hovoru. Pokud je hovor přijat a někdo znovu zmačkne tlačítko zvonku, aplikace opět zcela zbytečně zvoní přímo do hovoru. Užitečné by bylo i např. pomocí jednoduchého symbolu ukázat, že hovor již přijala jiná osoba na jiném zařízení.
