Never again, terrible deliver, customer support is lying

The promised time of delivery is just a scam. Expect 1h+. It took my food over 40 minutes from when the dasher picked it up at the restaurant to deliver it to my hotel 1 MILE away. Looking at th map, they must have been walking on foot while taking breaks or attending to other things, otherwise i have no explanation. Got cold and mushy food that I obviously dont want. Reached to support, they said id get a refund. The refund i got was $11 from the $36 I paid. No one even said sorry. When I asked what happened to the rest of the money i was told someone would get back to me in an hour. Its been 7 hours and they are still not responding. Never again.
