Nice, but need improvements
Especially the first mapping of big space.
There will be nice, to have possibility to add some rooms after the first mapping.
Also rotate squares for no go zones.
Also change wifi or add another in the app.
There is also bug in map updating - when you add new one, it show nob actual map for the first time. Same as log of cleaning - there is just actual map. Not for example the second floor...
Ecovacs support and robot quality
I have three robots, first stopped working less then year after purchase, second came as substitute and I used till carpet came. Third, series 900 I bought due to obstacles avoidance and since beginning I face troubles with:
- room app mapping
- I had to reset him 100x because went to obstacle, didn't go as scheduled, continuosly get lost connection with app after second day of not working
- I wrote to Ecovacs couple of times and no feedback in two years
- today, my 900 series stopped working again, connection with app is lost and seems like 0.5$ rubber o-ring rotating obstacles avoidance laser is broken and I have to open entire robot upside-down to change it...thank you Ecovacs - no products ever again from you, iRobot will worth it more
Losing map very often!!!
Can you do something about the losing map? It is very bad that often I have to do again and again new mapping. I cannot imagine it with the second floor!
Even though if you went o to the charge station for restoring the map which doesn't work!!!
I had purchased the Ecovas robot because of the review but it looks much worst than much cheaper robots.
Please do me a favour and make the correction of this bug, if you want I can share pictures with you via email.
