Unable to transfer funds
We are unable to transfer funds to the registered Payee through this app, it’s asking to share experience and rewrite payee details again. The same fund transfer works correctly on the PC. Please fix and don’t expect customers to call on the 600 paid number.

Pop-up window disables the app use
Dear Team, I just installed your app and it’s extremely bad customer experience. Is someone doing the customer journey check? I am getting a pop up window to activate the Smart Pay which is not working. But I can’t skip this step either. So basically I have no access to any functions of the app because this pop-up window appears after 1 second after signing up and disables access to any of the functions.
Please, check and fix this asap. I already called you call center as well as I am a desperate user. Better to say non-user of your App.
