UPDATE IT ALREADY!!!!
The app could be very useful if it would not be a tragedy. Each and every time I have to delete the lock and then restore it to be able to lock/unlock the lock. For years users were asking for Watch app. For years people complaining about the app saying Bluetooth is disconnected although it is not. The lock has cost over €500, bought it for the chance not having to carry keys all the time but I have been locked out already without a chance to unlock using this crappy app and had to call relatives with a spare key to come to open the door for me. We, who use this lock, deserve a refund for when you don’t care if it works properly or not.
Does not work with IOS 13
Pairing through Bluetooth with the lock running on the newest version of IOS is not possible. Even if all Bluetooth connection is allowed on the iPhone, the application detects that the Bluetooth is disconnected. Latest supported version of IOS is 11. Rather outdated...
No problem, it works as it should!
Could be more user friendly - I mean whole lock setup and user environment, but it is security app and from this standpoint is doing all well done.
