Ratings and Reviews
For all of you who don’t want to pay
The app is great, but I think the Episode team should leave the writing of stories for underappreciated small writers and just focus on developing the app itself (their actual job that they’re very good at 😄). The featured stories that require us to use gems are usually too cliché and overdramatic- mostly the typical high school story without a clear, thought-out storyline and characters with the only “villain” being the mean girl and her dumb minions and a bad boy love interest. So for readers like me, who don’t like paying for extra gems, it is better to at least have “gemed” featured stories in a better quality written by people who write them wholeheartedly. Otherwise I have no remarks. Been reading Episode for about 6 years now and still haven’t gotten bored of it. Great app, 5 stars. ❤️
To many restrictions!
I have started playing a few days ago and as much as I like this game, I find it annoying and very restrictive to only be able to do 3 story’s and having to wait after. I know that you can buy them, but I am not one of those people that buy things in a virtual game (it’s useless). I also don’t like the fact that decisions cost diamonds. I thought this game was suppose to be like real life and in life you don’t pay for wearing a dress to a ball that someone gave you as a present or choosing to jump from a waterfall, you just do it. I also have some ideas to make the game better by either removing both diamonds and tickets or making the decisions cost less diamonds or maybe perhaps making it cost only the fires. With the tickets, as I said removing or giving more (5-8 tickets) or maybe having to wait a shorter time (waiting more than 3 hours is insane!).
ads and lacking creation of stories on mobile
I love this game! I'm only playing the user stories because they dont have the diamant choosing so its more fun, but I play official stories for diamants so I dont have to watch ads. Yes. The most annoying thing is that I have to watch two 30seconds long ads to watch one episode... Can't you at least put only one ad? And also - WE WANT CREATING STORIES ON PHONE BACK! What was the reason? I enjoyed writing stories on phone. I'm trying to write on phone but descop version and its so confusing... Please we want it back! PLEASEEE
