eToro: Trade & Invest 4+

I really like this app, but there are few details that i dont understand. 1st is login, how is it possible that this kind of app doesnt have auto login by touch ID of face ID? It is really anoying to log by the pasword again and again. And 2nd is the design, i don’t know why, but it seems so old-fashion.. Bit of minimalism could help. But over all, it is a good app with good funcions. Hey developers, try to fix these small things. Thank youu!👊🏼

We have some good news for you - our new and improved UI design is coming very very soon to our app and we're sure you'll really enjoy it.

Regarding the touch and face ID, it's a suggestion we'll be more than happy to escalate to the relevant team. In the meantime, if you have an Apple phone you can activate Face ID for the app passwords on your iOS device using the instructions below:

Settings - Passwords - Turn on AutoFill Passwords - Select Keychain

You should then be able to scan your face and set up the Face ID. Once done, whenever you need to enter a password, you can just click "Passwords", complete the Face ID process and select the relevant app to autofill your password.

I have used etoro for 4 years. This year i invested to russian stock when the war started and all world placed sanctions on this stock. Russians approved law about pushing the stock back from the whole world home and all other investment companies have solution. Other brokers are now helping to their client either for free or for some fee, how about etoro, how did etoro act?

1. I asked my account manager three times (I am platinum member) without any solution. The only answer was that Etoro is monitoring current situation and they dont know how they will act.

2. My account manager sent my issue to her supervisor after 3 separate urgencies, however, nothing significant happened since then.

For me this platform doesn’t communicate with clients, in “exceptional situations” doesn’t act like other brokers and just answering “solution isnt on us”…. They are holding our money and they should tell their clients a solution. When the stock is all in green they are happy, in worst cases Etoro will screw you up :)

A lot of people are angry on this platform, they are deleting their own clients posts but those clients need help and solution. So sad…

I downloaded etoro for its advantages and also because i wanted to diversify betweet 2-3 apps. However i hate the app so much that Im thinking about moving my assets somewhere else. Ive been investing for a while and never saw such a tragic non intuitive and incomprehensible app. I feel like I actually dont know what i am doing most of the time. Its not a place where you want to take care of your money, for me at least. I really hope they will make it better, like trading 212 so that i dont have to put all my money just there…
