Camera can’t play livestream

One of three (EufyCam pro2) cameras connected to the same homebase can’t play live stream, but notification works good and events are playable. Other two cameras are working perfectly .
I’m troubleshooting that more than 2 weeks (I think from a time of the latest cam´s FW update and also later update of eufy app)
What i know it´s not firewall issue, it’s not due to bad quality of signal, network issue or overstreamed network, etc..
I tried everything to fix this, by several restarts, cams relacation, pairing from scratch, change stream quiality and other steps, advised by eufy support..
I exclude HW problem, as everything worked few weeks ago absolutely great.
I googled users facing similar issue on few forums as well, so I´m pretty sure you have huge bug in the latest version of FW causing this troubles..

Dear developers, are you able to troubleshoot and possibly fix this with high priority?

We are really sorry for the trouble and we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.Have you tried to reset the camera (press the sync button for 10 seconds to reset it)to see if this can help? Or would you please add more descriptions and send an email to support@eufylife.com? We will look into this issue for you soon.

Shortcuts

Make apple shortcuts compatibility, so we can make automatization and use siri etc. No one has compliance to switching modes manually or letting the app draining battery with geolocation.

Mute notifications on selected cameras

In general works well but I missing one functionality on notifications. I have 4 cameras when one is in a frequently moving place next to the main entrance. I would like to mute notifications only on one camera, but I can”t. The app allows disabling either all notifications or none of them.
