Very helpful program, but sometimes without actual schedules
Confusing concept of “Trips”
When launching the mobile pass, a new concept of “trips” has been introduced. Me and other people I talked to find this quite confusing. We just want to add a pass, activate a travel day and travel.
We understand the journey details are important for Eurail to fairly distribute the income. However, this should be made as easy as possible. Let’s get in touch to discuss how this could be simplified over a screen prototype.

Bring back the old trip map
Guys please bring back the old map of my trips. It was so much better then the new one. Why Is there a line connecting the last place and the first place I visited? It's so confusing and ugly. I don't really care about the other updates, but I used to be happy to share maps on my Insta. Now I wouldn't do it because it is not pretty enough.
