There is no greater contribution we can make than to cultivate our own personal holiness by living a life of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. Stepping into a more serious life of prayer and sacrifice marks an important step in becoming the change we want to see.
Exodus exists to support men like you in becoming uncommonly free to become the renewal.
Each one of us has Pharaohs we serve and Idols we worship, which stand in our way and keep us from becoming who we are.
But, as St. Paul writes in his letter to the Galatians, "For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm, therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."
A Christian vision of freedom is very different from that of the world. It's not about doing whatever we want, whenever we want, with whomever we want. No, Christian freedom is for love. A free man takes up his life, and he lays it down for those he loves, as Jesus shows us on the Cross. A free man is a man for others.
Through these forty days of spiritual exercises, you will become more of who you are, a son of God who has been called forth by the Father to experience his love and to give that love to others.

The content is very well prepared (mainly reflections). I strongly recommend the app if
you are a man with a group of friends with a desire to change your lives on a much deeper level than most self guide books help you to.
It is really great
I am very grateful to God for this opportunity. This is a very good way to get closer to him. As for the application itself, it would be nice if it has an option to automatically switching to the Night mode (when the background turns black).

Last year I thought that E90 is too difficult for me. I like beer every day, but it is really possible be stronger than taste !
Regarding App I would invite setting of char size. Sometimes the reflection could be more readable....But thanks a lot the whole team. You worked pushes men to be ready for wifes, children, society! Martin
