Very quick, tried other apps as well. Works in Dubai, Indonesia, China.

Good vpn for China [review update]

Update after 1 year -this vpn is still good choice, however during last year there was several longer outages during which I was forced to reach out to competition. Especially recently connecting gets slow & it’s lot about luck...that being said - all vpns have similar issues in China and there is no silver bullet (apart from private solutions) which works all the time. (Old review: If you don’t have other (private) alternative how to break through chinese fw, this vpn is a good choice. Most of the time you’re able to connect without any issues & use all services like YT/FB,... and if China decide to block it - ExpressVPN is usually reacting fast, releasing new version in matter of hours/days.)

VPN ok,but there is a but

VPN service itself is fine. No complaints. Speed is very good. App easy to use. But part: on iphone,running vpn is disabling you access to local network. So to sync photos to your home cloud - you go and disable vpn,sync photos,enable. Then you want to wake your pc over lan. Same thing. Then you want to connect via remote desktop.. Same thing.. Then you want to check your local meteo.. same thing.. So you end up enabling/disabling vpn all the time,which gets more and more annoying.
