Zobrazení spotřeby

Dobrý den, při zobrazení historie grafu není dobře čitelný údaj mezi pusuvnými šipkami DATUM A SPOTŘEBA, černé znaky na tmavém pozadí, dále popisek nad grafem SPOTŘEBA a TEPLOTA, změna není poznat ani při změně motivu v aplikaci.

Dobry den, bude se prosim nekdo aplikaci venovat?? V opacnem pripade nema smysl si porizovat termostaty s wifi. Aplikace neukazuje realnou hodnotu teploty (a kdyz, tak po x hodinach). Nekolik uzivatelu zminujici stejnou chybu a posledni aktualizace pred 10 mesici. To je spatny.

Hello, will anyone please pay attention to the application ?? Otherwise, it does not make sense to buy thermostats with wifi. The application does not show the real value of the temperature (and if so, after x hours). Several users mention the same bug and last updated 10 months ago. That is bad.

omlouváme se za způsobené problémy. Na naši aplikaci neustále pracujeme a snažíme se jí zdokonalovat. V minulých týdnech proběhla aktualizace a v příštích dvou týdnech můžete očekávat další. Doufáme, že se vám naše upravená a vylepšená aplikace bude líbit.

Application looks solid,but its basic features does not work. Addes my new location/rooms twice. Not visible,not even after signout/signin,restart application. Nothing. App says termostat is already connected but where since there is no flat/house or room defined. Dissapointed. One would guess how hard it can be to make such an easy app. Looks like hard stuff for some.

Hello,
we are very sorry to hear that. It is look like you haven't finished the installation properly. Please reset your thermostat and reset the wifi. After this steps, please istall the thermostat again.
