False advertisement

I took this app with the understanding that it could track my lost phone and only once I actually paid the monies,it asked and required permission from the owner of the lost phone via the lost phone in question. This obviously impossible as the phone is LOST. I did not even use this and as a result of false advertising paid you money for nothing. I want a refund, how do I do this, immediately please!
