Forget trying to delete your account
Some features of this app (such as flight alerts) require registering for an account on their website. I tried some of these features but they didn't work for me (I got no flight alerts - if they can't provide this service for a given flight they should not offer it) so I deleted the app, and wanted to delete my account from their website too. However, having gone several rounds with their customer support, it seems that it really is not possible to delete your account if you decide you don't want it any more.
