Bad delivery system and support
I ordered sneakers delivered to the store because it was the fastest delivery, the very next day. I paid extra money for delivery to the store. On the website and later in the email there was information that the sneakers would be available the next day after 16-00. I did not receive any more letters or SMS.
The next day my order was not in the store. And they told me that the order was delayed and would be delivered later. When I asked support to deliver it to my home address, they refused and offered to cancel the order and create a new one. However, these sneakers were no longer available on the website.
It seemed that the store does not care about the convenience of their customers and they are not even ready to help solve problems when their own service does not work properly.

Hi Kimi, I'm sorry to hear your experience with us wasn't what you expected. You're right, the delivery itself wasn't managed well on our part, however, I have to stand by my colleagues and say that the solutions offered were the only possible ones. It was unfortunate that the product you ordered was also the last in stock, therefore, no replacement order could be shipped to your home address. If there's anything we could improve next time, let us know, and if you already picked up the shoes from the store, I'll be happy to refund the delivery fees as an apology. Sorry again for the inconvenience and thank you for your feedback!
