I get this foreo on friday. Since friday I am waiting for the verification email!!! I wrote to support foreo but they just send “request received”. Could someone help me?

I’ve been using this app for a few months and everything was good. But few weeks ago the updating of a routine stopped working. I honestly don’t know whether it’s app problem or device problem. The analyse of the skin stops after “measuring the right cheek” and the app just freezes. Measuring is also going on without any connection with a skin. Do you have any recommendation? The reinstall of the app didn’t change anything. Thanks.

I just bough my Foreo UFO device and the app asked sensitive information and wanted proof of purchase. I cannot register it or even start a programme without showing my invoice? I have never seen an app where they ask you for this and not only that, but i cannot use an already expensive product. Does GDPR mean anything to you? This app definitely crosses all lines of privacy.

Kindly note that the proof of purchase is collected due to verification procedures of our transaction security systems. The security system was implemented for everything to be processed thoroughly, preventing payment complications. Kindly note that our application is the phone operating system that requires providing other information (etc. location while connecting to BT) for the app to be used purposefully.
