The FUJIFILM Camera Remote is an application provided by FUJIFILM that can operate wireless-equipped digital cameras by remote control to shoot images and to view images and movies in the camera and to transfer them to smartphones or tablets. And it also supports the cameras that offers Bluetooth® capability. Pair it with your smartphones or tablet devices, it synchronizes "date and time" and/or "location information" of your smartphone or tablet devices with the cameras that offers Bluetooth® capability. In advanced of shooting, to easily transfer pictures you have taken to the smartphones or tablet device via this application. Bluetooth wireless remote shutter release can be used for cameras that offers Bluetooth® capability. In addition, firmware update is now supported from your smartphone or tablet devices via Bluetooth without the need of a SD memory card.

Incorrectly calculates space left on your device
Cannot transmit images from the app, it says “not enough space”, but for real it’s more than enough on both iPhone and the camera.
Still improving, minor bugs
Camera remote is continuously improved, works OK, sometimes there are small issues with connecting, sometimes says not enough space, but there is a lot of space, but generaly works.
I would like to improve 2 things:
1) Ask for phone name before connecting first camera or use bluetooth name instead of iPhone-1234
2) option to resize/compress jpgs right after transfer (or before transfer?). When I’m using X-T3, it’s not a problem, I have small jpgs on second SD and upload from them, but on X-E3 I have to upload 24Mpix jpgs for use on 2Mpix screen or send e.g. 1Mpix by whatsapp (someone upload on instagram/facebook etc. and there is everything larger then 1Mpix unnecessary). Thank you for improvement!
Nightmare
I wish there was third party app to download pics from my X100V.
This app is just a nightmare. Idk how difficult is to create app that actually works, but fujifilm apparently didn’t even try to do that.
Once a year that this app somehow works, you just feel the pain of this app not being optimized for X100V; you can’t turn on ur flash, you can’t control built-in ND filter, so once you are doing long exposure shots and you decide to use even longer exposure time, you need to cancel the precious already established connection, turn ur ND filter on and hope that ur camera will decide to cooperate with ur phone and connect… it doesn’t happen very often.
Most of the time you’re just waiting and watching the “camera is getting connected” dialogue and witnessing both camera and phone draining it’s batteries while getting absolutely nothing.
Dear Fujifilm; we spent lot of money for your products, so why can’t we get app that works?
