Great, but occasionally the courier run with the food
No refund either
Handling issues
Support does absolutely terrible job - Ends conversations without any solution. Curriers going different directions. Support does not care about food being picked up after sitting for 45 minutes in the restaurant. Seems like they have too little drivers. I asked twice for refund and canceling the order but was denied as “food was already prepared” when I asked if it’s ok to pay for cold food the answered with food being collected. Deleting app.
Poor design and notifications
I was charged for a Prime subcription, even nowhere in my profile page and in the app it wasn’t mentioned that I have Prime subscription active.
To unsubscribe you have to call/contact support.
I contacted them in 3 hours after the payment and requested for refund as I wasn’t able to use the service for last three weeks as they don’t operate in my area and they declined my request.
