Great interface but
Love the interface, easy to use, fast, but theres a little hidden rip off and thats the service fee of 3.60€ on every trip in the checkout (to run the platform) that just seems too much to me, and you cannot know until you get to the final step.
Very dumb app
So this app bought me tickets from Budapest to Prague. This is how the app created a path for me:
First I have to go on a bus that goes from Budapest to Prague then I have 9 minutes to get out of the bus to get to the train to Prague.
I’m sitting in a bus right now that got into a traffic jam outside of Budapest for 1,5 hours and there is no way I can get in time to my train. I also can’t stay on a bus because tickets for this bus are sold out. So now I have to figure out how to buy tickets to Prague while I’m on the bus and also figure out how to return my money for the train that I will miss very soon.
Great Omio, well done.
This app is a complete joke. Don’t install it just buy tickets directly from the company website
