Awesome service, one thing to improve
All of our drivers and scooter riders were so nice during our stay in Bali and we always felt safe using GoJek. That's why I feel disappointed that we couldn't tip them using our European cards; while it is possible to pay for the ride like that, tips are only possible through top up that's not possible using international cards and we didn't have small cash on us all the time to use that (I didn't get how we could top it up). Hope the nice drivers are paid back with karma 🙏 The app has otherwise a very good and throught-through UI I appreciated as a UX designer; for example, the option to share your ride is really useful ☺️

Amazing app and services :)
Horrible communication
I’ve been using the app for 3 months. Ordering food on daily basis, using taxis everyday. Everytime I had some issue, nobody cared if I’m happy as a customer. There is no professional customer care. They also pay the drivers very bad and also don’t communicate with them well. They suspended my account permanently, because i made multiple taxi bookings in short time period. (I was just looking for a taxi, everyone was too far away and there was high traffic. I was desperate and they blocked me forever. No one communicates with me. No one is trying to help me.
