Cool and reasonable

Grab is very good service. In KL, there is pretty hard to rely on public transport (buses) so this is a great. You know a price before you confirm the ride so you cannot be cheated (also you can pay with card in Grabpay), prices are really good compared to Europe and also there are many drivers around so you don’t need to wait a long time. For 6 months a did many rides and all of the drivers were really nice people. Food delivery also good service.

Grab so bad with Custemer

1)Make order to Old adress 2)One second try to cancel and make order new adress= cannot 3)look about new order delivery new adress cheaper then Old order add extra money 4)when ask Custemer service why deferent price for same adress no answer 5) cannot share location cannot send picture of location to driver 6) 2 days ago order half evening grab mo driver restaurant no driver wait food coming sms sorry no driver !! Wait order again and hungry no driver all evening go eat in restaurant Grab not working!!!! So bad expiriance!!

Horrible login / sign up process

Can't deal with phone number change and as a result prevents me from using my email. How annoying!
