Global Village Eagle Eye shall offer stakeholders an effortless way to raise service requests. While raising SR, users can select the category of request, attach photo, link location and scan asset QR code.
Not just that, users need not call operations team to enquire about status of service requests. GV Eagle Eye gives an easy way to track requests through stages like reported, in progress or completed.
With GV Eagle Eye, our aim is to make each season of Global Village better than the previous one.
