App language change option
09. 08. 2020

There should be different option for language. It shouldn’t be fix for a region. For example, I stay in Czechia but I don’t know the Czech language so there should be an option so that I can choose another language e.g. English for Czechia. I have uninstalled so many apps because there isn’t any option to choose language. I would appreciate if you put this feature into the app.

Displays misleading prices

AnexMay
The app uses a misleading pricing practice during promotions. It displays the 20% discounted price as the product price even though that price is conditional on spending at least a certain amount. Only when you reach the basket and your order is below that threshold, does the product price silently revert to the original amount. The original price should be shown as the actual price, with the promotional price clearly presented as conditional on meeting the minimum spend.

Malfunctioning for quite some time already

The app logs me out every time I click onto something, browse different category etc. I cant even browse my saved items, because when I log in and then visit saved items, Im already logged out. This problem is going on for many months and they still didnt fix it. Also, its impossible to browse the store in browser, it always opens the app and you cant do anything about it.

The H&M app has been refined to give a more seamless shopping experience: Enhanced searches: Find favourites faster with updated search results. General performance tweaks: Minor fixes to keep everything running smoothly. Enjoy the latest update.
