Not great not terrible

Why? Why is there no option for changing quality of the video? When I’m on not good Wi-Fi, video every some seconds stops, changes quality to low, after few seconds goes back to good quality but because local wifi is bad loading appears and we’re back to bad quality. And we are in the loophole.

Just got tired of your lagging app

Look HBO, I know you have great OGs but how am I supposed to enjoy them via such a lagging app?? And I know the problem is not from my end. Every other app on my iPad works just fine and connects to Internet just fine. Except for HBO. It’s constantly telling that there is no Internet connection where there is! So I have to close the app and reopen it all the time, no fun. Plus your search works weird. The app always shows me only one page of a search results. So I don’t see all of the options. So, when I type the name and try to find it there’s none, but when HBO recommending me it, what, it suddenly present??
And since there are some HBO series on Netflix now, I just had to cancel the HBO.
Sorry, but bye.

Waiting for improvements…

The app makes me crazy… Why would I need connection when I want to watch downloaded films and series?! Being without connection is the reason I download it. Being able to download only 30 things combined? Okay, can live with that… but furthermore, I don’t understand the expiration of downloads. Why does an episode expires while you didn’t finish it? And here’s another one: why does one episode expire in like 28 days when the next one is there for 48 hours only? This is really annoying. Oh and I cannot forget! Sometime I can watch it in a small window and sometimes I can’t leave the app, cause it stops. This is also annoying. I kinda like the series, the selection but Netflix has managed the app way better…
