Kullanıcıların kendi e- kütüphanesini oluşturarak, istediği kitapları bu kütüphaneden ödünç alabilmesini sağlar. Hiperkitap Abone olan kurumlar üzerinden üyelikle kullanım yapılabilmektedir.
Hiperkitap’tan yararlanmak isteyen kişiler bağlı bulundukları kurumların kütüphane, eğitim departmanı veya eğitim ve yayınlar bölümü ile iletişime geçip Hiperkitap’a abonelik talep edebilmekte ve kurum bizimle iletişime geçmektedir. Sonra erişim, kurum bilgisayarları, kişisel bilgisayarlar veya mobil cihazlardan, IP kontrollü olarak gerçekleştirilir.
