I’m unable to add my device (washing machine)
Dear developer/provider, please would it be possible to provide a properly working app and not just repeating answer “please contact our customer service” type of response? First, I don’t want to provide you my phone number, and second, please take look at other reviews - stull the same problem but you had fixed nothing so far!

Do not recommend
Highly do not recommend. Once you forget your pasword you are unable to reset it. When you want to send a support request the website wont let me submit the form…..

Unable to verify my e-mail
E-mail with verification was sent, but after click to link, nothing happen. Just window with password reset and link to app.
