Doesn’t work anymore
After one of the last updates, it does not connect to my Sprocket Plus printer. Even device reset doesn’t help. It’s useless now.
Update: I had to remove the app and install again. It doesn’t suggest this in the help. I had no clue the problem is in the app, because it was telling me the printer is the issue. At that moment I was in the middle of a forrest on a very poor cell signal, so it wasn’t easy either. I used to print pictures for people living in remote areas of Kyrgyzstan, now I don’t think the app is reliable anymore, so I’m keeping my rating.

Hi. Have you tried to reinstall the app? Before launching the app again, open the 'Settings' app on your mobile device, tap 'Bluetooth' and tap the 'i' next to your printer and tap 'Forget this device' (if listed). Close the 'Settings' app and restart your mobile device. Also, the latest iOS version has several improvements on Bluetooth. Updating may help your connectivity issues. We hope this helps.

my new printer does not print from iOS 11.2 :(
