The problem with creating the video

Hello to the development team!
I am using Pics Art version 18.2.4. After the last two updates, I have some problems with creating videos. When I create a video and try to add music, the song always stops playing about 2 seconds after the video starts. If I save a video - sometimes I hear a song, sometimes not.
What is the problem? Can you help?

It's a good photo editor but:

The only downside is that when I log in, it goes out there that something has to be paid but I can skip it, which is good but I think it's useless to state instead, do that when editing the photo after editing I will get 2 ads and I will get the photo to the gallery

It seems better to me and I will make a profit with it 🤗
