Could have bought a scale for 15$
Terrible. Doesnt sync the data with my phone. We are two people using one scale. The scale only shows data for “user 1”, cannot even send data for user 2. Also the app isnt user friendly at all, it is chaotic. In the language mutation that I am using there is hideous layout design: one menu item starts with a capital, second doesnt, third does again. Also on the official iHealth troubleshooting webpage has along the side of the “advice” a social media stripe, therefore you are unable to read the first words on each line of the paragraph. They should really reconsider hiring better web and app designer.

Hello sir, We apologize for the inconvenience to you. When User 2 is measured, does the scale show people icon? Are User1 and User 2 weights relatively similar? Doesn’t transfer data
I own this iHealth scale several years and what really annoys me is how after every software update is scale not working (not transfering data to my phone so I’m not able to see all measurements). It takes everytime so long until they repair it that I’m loosing my patience with this product. Last year it took almost one month and this year here we go again (I made my iPhone update around Christmas and it’s almost the end of January and any new version of iHealth is not again available)
After update on iOS16, app is not able to add HS5 scale
After update on iOS16, app is not able to add HS5 scale. Bluetooth connection works, wifi access approval works, scale connects to wifi successfully (SET disappears and scale shows 0.0 and steady wifi icon). And finally app doesn’t see the scale and fails to find it. What could I do?
