Stomps metadata

I spend many hours this weekend converting thousands of photos from HEIC to JPG. Finally completing the galleries from 21 events; I uploaded the first of them only to find to my consternation that they were being identified with the wrong dates. Went back to check and sure enough the metadata from ALL photos I spot checked had lost their metadata (notably capture timestamp, vitally important)! Tested with latest version of iMazing, same result. Utter waste of my time, had to delete the lot and will have to do over. Deleted this app Ias well
