Unable to even Login
Sorry, but as I was big fan of ING with the proclaiming promises of Agile, I must say that the web and mobile app is really rubbish. Actually, I am using few more bank’s app, and unfortunately I must say that the UX of ING is far far the worst. It may be nice what you are trying to do, but remember, if the Login is more difficult in ING app than making transfer in other banks, something is really broken. Unfortunately, this lasts like for more than 3-4 months, this is really incredible low performance; sorry guys, but something is really wrong there, no face ID, no remember user ID in mobile app; needing otp for mere login, and after all of the i can just see the waiting sign 👎👎👎👎👎
Bad application + very unuserfriendly
1. Horrible visials and layout
2. Unable to use 1password fills to login
3. Unable to use FaceID to log in
= a really never want to use the app. It is easier to log in through Safari.
Whoever you paid to develop the app should return you all the money.

Sorry for having “illusions” of wanting good up that were “disillusioned”.
There is no setting under iOS or the ING up that I could have found based on the instructions provided.
Issue with password manager is:
1. in the first page “user ID number” (or something like that) the password manager does bot trigger for autofil function on keyborad. So user id need to be filled manually or mannually copied for password manager.
2. on second page of “password” password manager kick in for autofil but on otherhand “paste” function does not work.
3. third mage with SMS(!! when are we?2012?), please profice option for varofocation apps (eg google/microsoft/imb authenticators) as thouss could be also stored in password managers.

Hello, we are really sorry for your disillusionment. We are currently working on other necessary functionalities for smoother app usage. Anyways, the app supports the password manager. However, you need to set it as the default to work properly. You can find it in settings, applications, default applications and then select the autofill service :) Martin - ING Bank
Are your customers a joke to you? This application is worse and worse. Not even it does not support fingerprints but i was not able to login even once in the last few months with the message “something went wrong try it later”.
Really if the bank is working as good as their apps (internet smart banking in the new version is also a joke and useless crap) I'm doomed and really considering to moving the savings and investments somewhere else - the market in Czech is full of banks with the same services but better support.
