The Intelligent Hub app is the single destination where employees can have an enhanced user experience with unified onboarding, catalog, and access to services such as People, Notifications, and Home.

Intelligent Hub extends mobile device management (MDM) and mobile app management (MAM) capabilities and enables your company to keep your device secure, compliant and connected. You can also view device details, messages from IT, and verify compliance status and request support from your IT administrator.
**App Catalog, People, Notifications, and Home in a Single App**
Single catalog experience with optional services such as People, Notifications, and Home.
You can now favorite apps and websites that you need quick access to, rate apps, use the search function in the Catalog, get recommended & popular apps, access corporate resources and home page, and much more.
**The Entire Company in Your Pocket**
Easily search through your corporate directory by first name, last name, or email address and view employee details such as photos, titles, email addresses, phone numbers, office location and reporting structures. You can call, text, or email easily from within the app.
**Stay on Top of Company Notifications**
Improve productivity wherever you are and get notified with app notifications and custom notifications. Custom notifications can be notification alerts, downtimes, and participation in surveys.

Boxer
Please highlight the “today” in Boxer. Its funny that I have to switch between apps to find out the current date
Not working
App wont let me install work security profile. When I download the profile via Hub and install It in iPhone VPN settings, It disappears after few seconds as It was never there so Hub doesnt continue in setup process. Due to this ussue Im not able to install company´s Outlook, intranet and other apps. Our IT support doesnt want to help me as they do not provide support for personal devices. I tried to call to Apple in Czech republic but they also doesnt know how to fix It and recommended to me to contact developer which I cant do directly as your website allows only people with signed customer contract to contact your support (which I guess is our IT department but they are not willing to help). I have also tried to wipe the iPhone and start from scratch but It also didnt help. I feel like Im going in circle with no way out…

Hi, sorry to hear you're having troubles with Hub! Based on your review, we can't quite grasp what your issue is exactly. Do you mean that you're unable to install your work profile? Do you see any error messages? You can contact your IT Help Desk for assistance with troubleshooting or enrollment guidance.
Does not work after new phone setup
I set up a new phone using transfer settings from the older phone. But I am getting Access denied after correct login. The new phone is allowed from our IT department.

Hi, sorry to hear you're having troubles with Hub! Have you unenrolled your previous device before trying to set up the new one? There might be Admin restrictions on the number of devices allowed to enroll into Hub. Please, make sure you've unenrolled from your previous device and try again. If the issue persists, please contact your IT Help Desk as they can help troubleshoot or escalate the issue to our Support teams, if needed.
