Wifi Plug is basically dead as well as the company

After update my ISmart Alarm Wifi Plg stopped working, its not supported and there is no way to configure this. Web page is dead with dislaimer, that the company is unable to work due Covid and is basically dead, moving cloud for 1 year. This is the end.

Lately it happens, that I have to delete and install again the app like every three days. Cameras are working fine, also other sensors we have are working just fine.

Last year there was an issue with the app start on iPhone X, it took way too long before devs fixed it. Now same issue again on IOS 12.1....can't use the app at all (network error)!
