Does it work?

After downloading the app, you can see straight away that something is wrong with it. Graphics are not really responsive, buttons reminds me of the early 2000s Internet Explorer, functionality... well something happens if you’re willing to wait. But actually there are some pros to it. If you go through the exhausting process of finishing your order and the app finally lets you to pay gate. The effort makes you really happy to actually get something.
As I speak for myself... good idea, but money wasted... do things right or don’t do it at all.

Actively hostile towards customers

Can someone competent finally implement actual functional accessibility, and not just endless promises and fruitless lines in the changelog? With VoiceOver, the built-in and only iOS screen reader, as a blind person you just can't use this app. Period. The buttons / controls to enter the from, to and date fields just do nothing when clicked. They don't display any input fields and nothing on the screen seems to change when clicking them. This means that a blind paying customer effectively cannot book a ticket at all. My only course of action left was to close the incompetently made app and just book it through the web. Even that is still a relatively painful process in 2022, but that can at least be completed in some way or another. like this, the app is not just good for nothing and basically just a waste of money that you poured into it, but based on the reviews by others, it's safe to say this is actually plain hostile towards your paying customers. As long as you get an endless stream of incoming revenue, you don't care, right? Or at least your executives, who honestly should be fired and replaced with someone who does not hesitate to pay corresponding wages to people who deserve it, i.e. to people who work hard and know what they are doing, not to those who just happen to know the CEO or whatever.

Co to je?

Stay away of this app, its slow as hell, doesn't work properly and good luck ordering a food. I am waiting 5mins for the menu page to load (on a good internet) and 2 minutes for every transition within the menu site. Having a site this slow on such a terrible framework and forcing your customers to use it (keep in mind there is no other way to order your food in open space) should be illegal. Its 2020 and the second biggest train/bus carrier in the ČR cannot get his site or app to work at all. Get your head out of your a**, stop this nonsense, get someone capable and rewrite this.
Btw. This is my first and probably last review on Apple Store ever and I have iPhone for quite a long time now. This is flustrating as hell.
