Description
Love is in the air: 2022 Kakapo breeding season started!
Jump, hatch, raise and colour cute flightless parrots, or even play with your own pixel doodles. Guide them through the forests, but beware of the fireflies, rats, stoats and the big white bellied eagle! Your goal is to increase the Kakapo population.
Enjoy the relaxing game music and the original forest background and Kakapo sounds from the Department of Conservation (NZ).

Kakapo means night parrot in Maori. The Kakapo is a large green parrot with an owl-like face and a waddling gait. Kakapo are nocturnal, cannot fly, but they climb well. When we started developing this game, there were only 148 Kakapo left. Learn more about the critically endangered parrots, which live today on three predator-free islands, on the New Zealand Department of Conservation website.
