Sometimes the app for some reason set order time for example for next day… And it’s a trouble to explain in hotline that you want to change time (they understand the problem, but they’re not able to do anything about that)… Also for few months Apple pay not working, so I basically stopped using this app. And ordering KFC

I will try to be as objective as possible: The visual interface has quite a few flaws which make you think really hard sometimes - for example how to get back to the menu once you scrolled down a certain category..before you figure out that you have to scroll ALL the way back up before you can select the main menu again takes a while (that’s just lame). And the structure of the menu is also not really understandable either. So in general the screen flow is also suboptimal. But the absolutely worst is that the app does have the option to be in English, but if you have English set as your default language the App will not allow you to select the city for delivery, this won’t even let you look at ANYTHING...and since it DOES let you SEARCH for cities in the Czech Republic, you just keep thinking why you’re so stupid to not even manage to put in the name of the city correctly. FINAL RESULT: The app makes the user feel stupid, disoriented, frustrated and in general, loose any appetite whatsoever.

I do not often order KFC because before i finish my order, I often throw my phone in frustration against the wall. App is ux/ui nightmare. And only way to quickly order your favourite combo is bugged (ordering previous order adds extra delivery price).

…came here just to check users' opinions and when I have seen the most recent reviews below, I decided not to do that and waste my time and mental health with another trashware from PL 🇵🇱 (I guess the same as web version of KFC Rozvoz). Thank you guys for your reviews! 🤓👍
