Full of failed projects and scams, Kickstarter ignores you
When you have an issue with something, Kickstarter won't help you. You won't see your things, nor money.
Kickstarter will ignore you and fight your chargebacks instead, instead of solving issues on their platform with the scammy creators. No wonder, most of them are teenagers from China. No background checks of them, nothing.
The reactions to the reviews are laughable, it's the same thing about not being a store, no care for their users.
Gambie
Backed two projects, both are scam. Kickstarter does not provide any insurance at all so it is just like a gamble.
“ When a creator launches a project on Kickstarter, they’re inviting people to form a contract with them. Anyone who backs a project is accepting that creator’s offer and forming that contract. Kickstarter is not a part of this contract, it is a direct legal agreement between a creator and their backers. “
