Horrible
We use this app for laundry in my student building. Often crashes and generally non-reliable. The in-app refund function completely fake. What a joke of an app.

Too bad you are so dissatisfied. We are happy to help you. Please send details of the location and your user name to support@kuario.com. The operator of the washing machines is responsible for the service and refund if you have not received the service. If you make a refund request it must be dealt with by the operator of the venue. KUARIO only notifies the operator, but has no influence on the outcome.
If we know the location where you are experiencing the problems, we can contact the operator and see what we can do for you.
We do not like it when users have such a bad experience. Nevertheless, we welcome your feedback. Maybe there are more users at your location with the same experience.
