Good

Awesome colouring App, but it is sometimes hard to colour a canva, I don’t know why. Pretty awesome overall

Tab, tap on the three lines on the top right corner, then go to Tutorial. You will get very useful insights about coloring with Lake!

Subscription

Really not nice not to notify before the due of subscription and it costs so much!!!! Please if you can cancel my subscription, I would really appreciate it from you guys. I think you should really notify the customers. Not everyone will use your app after the trial :-(

The reminder of the end of free trial can only be sent if you allow notifications from Lake. This is a personal setting you make on your device. Could that be the reason you were not notified? About the refund, unfortunately all the payment process is handled by Apple and we do not have access to our users’ billing information. For this reason, we do not have the ability to refund purchases. But you can ask Apple for a refund by yourself. Keeps crashing and losing paintings.

The app randomly crashes on my iPad Air 2020. Usually when going back from painting to list or when loading a painting. I've lost several paintings in progress as it usually resets to blank or misses last changes.
