I think landlord is a great game! The idea of buying virtual property is original and the game really makes you feel like you are a true investor. The graphics is nice to look at and it does not show you ton of ads like other games. But like with everything, there are still some flaws. The biggest one is probably the lack of strategy and things you can do. I just open landlord in the morning, I buy some % of a property and then I close the game, because there is nothing more i can do. It would be really great if you could for example look at the property's income or value and check if its really worth of buying or maybe somehow upgrade/change the property to be different from the competitors. I know that this will be probably hard to make and I'm fine with it, because if the updates bring some mechanic that solves my issue l'll be totally happy about it.

Let me get this straight. I have been laying this game for years (approx. 4-5?). I even tried to help with translation, etc. The idea is great and quite simple, yet it is exactly, what would happen to our world without any restrictions or control.It was absolutely impossible to buy any reasonable property. Once you are on some level, you don’t care how much any property cost, since you know you will make the money again. And that is painful for any players below your level. The properties are easily overpriced 10-30 times and you can’t simply buy anything what would make any change/progress to your level. Top 1% players are buying everything and you are not able to withstand it. They have many times more money and overpaying for everything. I have been able to buy approx. 5 building in last two years. Yes, I’m (was) playing once per week, but exactly because I could not make any difference. I was greatly happy with it in the past, but it is unlayable ince you reach 10^12Because you just can’t progress anymore 😞

This game is very different from others. It has very specific places and where you can buy your land. The cost is also very specific, as things that are expected to cost more in the real world, they actually cost more in the game. It is very fun and the game also doesn’t allow you to stay home 100% of the time, as it shows the land only around you, so of you want to buy on the other side of the city, you have to actually travel to the place to buy it. It is very interesting and fun game. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who wants to have a good time and travels a lot. I would place this game in one of the best games I’ve played so far section. 100% worth it downloading this game.
