In this strategy card game, skill defines your success—not luck. Mix and match iconic champions, allies, and regions of Runeterra to unlock unique card synergies and outplay your opponent.

MASTER EVERY MOMENT
Dynamic, alternating gameplay means you can always react and counter, but so can your opponent. Choose from dozens of champion cards to include in your deck, each with a different mechanic inspired by their original League of Legends abilities.

Champions enter the battle as powerful cards, and if you play smart, they level up to become even more epic. Level your champions multiple times in-game, and earn Champion Mastery crests the more you play.

ALWAYS A NEW WAY TO PLAY
Every champion and ally in the game comes from a region of Runeterra. You have access to cards from nine regions: Demacia, Noxus, Freljord, Piltover & Zaun, Ionia, Targon, Shurima, the Shadow Isles, and Bandle City.

Explore how different champions and regions work together to give you unique advantages against your opponents. Combine, adapt, and experiment with frequent new releases in an always-evolving meta.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH
In PvE, each choice you make shapes your journey. React to unique encounters, earn and equip power-ups, unlock new champions, and rise to new challenges as you move across the map. The enemies will get stronger, but so will you—and you’ll discover different endings the more you play.

PLAY TO WIN, NOT PAY TO WIN
Earn cards for free, or buy exactly what you want with shards and wildcards—you’re in control of your collection, and you’ll never pay for random packs of cards. While there’s always the option to purchase specific champions, you can easily complete your collection without spending a cent.

Victory or defeat, each battle brings experience and progress. Choose which region you explore first and unlock the cards that call to you, changing regions as often as you like. As you advance, you’ll collect new allies, spells, and champions.

Once a week, you’ll also unlock chests from the Vault. These chests level up the more you play, increasing the rarity of cards inside from common all the way up to champion. They can also contain wildcards, which can be turned into any card you want—no guessing required.

DRAFT AND ADAPT
Labs are limited-time experimental game modes focused on more extreme changes to the classic Legends of Runeterra formula. Choose a premade deck with specific constraints, or bring your own. The rules are always changing, and sometimes you might need a little help from your friends! Go see what Heimerdinger is cooking up next.

CLIMB THE RANKS
At the end of every season, 1024 qualifying Ranked players on each of LoR’s four regional shards (Americas, Asia, Europe, and Southeast Asia) will be able to compete for pride, glory, and a cash prize in the seasonal tournament.

But Ranked play isn’t the only way to qualify—you can also run the Last Chance Gauntlet. Gauntlets are limited-time competitive modes with unique rules to play around and exclusive rewards to unlock.

Best CCG i ever played

This game offers players the whole colection for free, you can play any competitive deck you choose. You get card just by playing. Reward system is designed so that you get card really fast. Deck construction is similar as in MTG commander format where you build around a single card. Here you build around your champions. Developer comunicate with the comunity alot and to my surprise imlement feedback really fast. Balance updates are carefully thought out and give a feeling like cristmass present. In other ccg’s i watched turnaments because i could not afford decks, but here i can play as much as i want. This can be one of the reason twitch has not such high rates. If you like card games give this a try.

Best card game right now

Very F2P friendly. The only deck gatekeeping are champions, which are relatively easy to obtain without spending a dime. If you do decide to pay, you can choose exactly the cards you want instead of randomized packs.

This game needs polish regarding to card texts and some bug fixes but other than that it is amazing.

Fun but heavily unbalanced

Riot did what Riot does the best - overtune the newly released decks to the sky.

Had quite a fun with the game, but I’m bored of running in Deep decks over and ove and over again. Literary every second player is spamming Deep deck because is braindead easy and there is almost no counterplay if you dont have Burn deck with right cards on start. Hwo the hell there is no possible counterplay to Toss? The mechanic is just purely broken. Playing vs deep doesnt even feel like you are playing vs player - almost no interaction - Toss, Toss, Toss - then in turn 6 just throw full board of 7/7 units with Obliterate that cost you 3 mana - give me a break - thats just patheticaly bad design. Quitting the game till Riot does something to balance this.
