working as expected
Quite reliable app, allows to control air-confitioning unit remotely, even outside the house. More friendly than the remote.
My only conplain would be:
- application was redesigned, I had to re-learn the controls,
- after rach application upgrade, it logged me off, and I had to log-in again,
- when I logged in again, it always prompted me change my account’s password, as it was older than 3 months. I do not have anything important in there, apart air-conditioner remote, so this seems like unnecessary bossing. The possibility to skip the password change is not immediatelly visible.
On the plus side the application is intuitive, easily to see the temperature of AC units, their current settings. You can easily turn the AC on or off remotely over Internet, change its settings, upgrade firmware or run diagnostics.
Overall the application works reliably. To me it is more convenient than the remote, and I am very happy with it. Thank you for this app. 😀

Unusable with the washing machine
Pairing process was too complicated compared with the other brands (connecting to the device's hotspot to be able to set the WiFi params is considered as a backup plan once the proper configuration failed nowadays ... well, except home-made toys I make from time to time - I'm really lazy in that, but those are not commercial products so I'm fine with that).
Error management is terrible - eg. enabling remote control having the door opened means making the app unusable since then on all the devices as the error dE1 persists there even when the door is closed (I don't even know for how long this issue will persist - restarts of the apps nor the washing machine didn't fix it, "Smart" Diagnosis report still the same problem although the machine itself is working correctly w/o any issue).
App's communication with the machine works on the random basis - blank screens/timeouts/successes (there is no connectivity issue for sure as the mobile phone reports excellent signal being behind the machine from the AP's location perspective - unless there is a WiFi antenna worse than on the ESP-01s which work perfectly on the same location).
So, being positive, I can see a huge space for the improvements :-)

App is not responding and giving wrong feedback
After half an hour I managed to connect the washing machine to the network. Meanwhile this half an hour process the app fall few times or stopped loading completely. I’ve restarted the phone, removed the device from the plug and restarted the process couple of times. Finally I’m connected, it also shows on the washing machine display but the app is not reading it correctly and ask reconnecting to the network but now additionally it’s not at all possible to open the settings of the device in the app.... So I’ll probably have to delete the device again and restart the whole frustrating process once again. This app is trash! It was not always like this.
I’m using iPhone 11 with iOS 14. What’s the developer advice as I have also the dryer to set up. If it continues this way I’ll go completely crazy in a short time...
