The game is crashing after the new update

Game crashnul after getting from prolugue

The game looks good, i rlly want to play it but i tryed with iPhone x and iPad 6.gen , on hope 101 still crashing and i cant do nothing .
Can you help mě with that ? Two devices, same problem..
i tryed two other servers, always same .
I have good internet ..

IPhone 13 game crash

when i complete tutorial, after landing in "HAPPY 101" shortly, from departed from helicopter the game crash to main screen on my iPhone. Please, fix it. After that, i will think about 5 stars..
