Unauthorised charge

Listenable recently charged me for a yearly subscription although I had cancelled it in time and as per the instructions in their FAQ. Moreover, they haven’t replied to my emails when I wished to resolve this issue.

The company seems to take zero accountability for their obvious errors since they ignore their customer service. I also requested Listenable to delete all the data related to my account, incl. my bank card details, as I have a right for their deletion as per the GDPR, yet I haven’t received any reply to this request either.

I am seriously worried that a company so unprofessional and unreliable as this one has my bank card details. I definitely do not recommend.

Not a good user experience

I like listening to podcasts and audiobooks and had high hopes for this app. But with its poor user experience, this app doesn’t worth the money. I don’t recommend it.
