Glitchy and tricks you into subscribing

Pretty glitchy - constantly slowly downloading stuff that has already been downloaded. And worst of all won’t allow you to cancel after trial. I canceled in time - only to find the money had left my account, because I guess I was canceling the renewal rather than the subscription. This was not at all clear. Why would I only be able to cancel the renewal in a whole year rather than the first payment??? What’s the trial even for, then?
