For more than a decade, we have been offering classes and workshops in yoga, hot yoga, and other mindful disciplines.

Our studio is a serene and intimate sanctuary in the bustling heart of New York City’s most diverse borough. We serve a vibrant community of yogis who come to our classes to be challenged, energized and inspired.
