I was forced to use this application, because Citrix training materials are being converted to this unfriendly format. First of all you are not able to make any document available for off-line reading. So if you would like to read some of documents that were secured this way during the flight, where no internet connection is available, then you have simply bad luck. Furthermore you are not able to create any note, but the bookmark, which you are not even able to customize. So it will just show you page number, but without possibility to give it specific name - e.g. Chapter name. Seems like application is being written by quite unexperienced developers who ignore common standards users are used to when using some reader-like application. I would like to highly recommend not to use this format and ask provider of such 'secured' content to find another way how to deliver it.

My licence works just fine on PC version of this app but when I try to activate the licence here, it says it’s damadged even though download went just fine. Therefore I can’t open any documents and the app is useless.

I have issues with registering of the license on my iPad Pro 2018. I have downloaded the license, but the viewer won’t open it or see it in my file system, either on iCloud or on the local drive. Literally nothing happens when I try to open the .llv file with the viewer.

Is there a solution to this issue?
