Can’t log in anymore (fixed)

I’ve been using this app for years, but suddenly I was logged out. Now I can’t log back in because every time I enter my phone number, the app immediately shows “Ověření přerušeno” without even sending a verification SMS. Reinstalling the app and updating iOS didn’t help. I also can’t create a new account. The card is not available I, so the app is useless now. Please fix this.Update: The team provided great solution. Thanks!

Hello, We are sorry that you are experiencing these issues. We are aware of the problem, and our colleagues are already working hard on a fix. At the moment, there is a workaround that has helped resolve the issue. In your phone settings, please find the section called "Date & Time" (or simply "Time") and enable either "Automatic Date & Time" or "Automatic Time Synchronization." Once this setting is enabled, you should be able to log in successfully. Have a nice day, Your Albert Team. 💜

The worst grocery app

So I thought Tesco has the worst grocery app, but that was before trying Můj Albert. I tried to update my phone number in the app. It didn’t update it after the confirmation. I used the app in the store. I received a notification that I got 38 credit, but after opening the app, the credits are 0. The receipt isn’t in the app either. Since the automated cashier doesn’t print it, it’s then impossible to check it. Also, in the app there’s a non working option to have your receipts printed: when you tap it, it just switches back to no print 😂 I tried to send feedback within the app, but guess what? There’s no confirmation after tapping the send button. Just nothing happens, your feedback stays there for you… Ah, and the new feature Leták doesn’t show any leaflet for my selected store. Overall the user experience is terrible and as a result I will not be visiting Albert stores if there’s a choice. Good work guys, especially on testing the functionality 😂

Have a nice day, thank you for the feedback. Have you tried a simple logout and log back in? In some cases, the application will be restored correctly this way. 😊 Have a nice day, Team Albert. 💜

Great but the sharing

The app is great but connected accounts should be able to share their shopping list (it would be great to split the shopping list in two - one private, one shared) and the settings should also have a checkbox so that the user could choose whether to share his receipts or keep them private - or to have this option on each receipt would be great as well.

Not worth it

Collecting too much data from the user via “Identifier” for 0.5% discount on your goods. The app looks good but not so much of the features available/ really work. Using the latest version as it was downloaded 20mins ago. Points for improvement:English language as on option would be nice. When you add all the products from Recepty to Seznam page by clicking on Pridat vse na seznam, it just copies the titles, at least it could suggest available goods from the store or Albert brand goods. In Penezenka, Body page doesn’t display the graphics and seems buggy as a lot of text is missing as well, so you can’t really select where you would to spent your points.Would love to have an option of deletion of my account from the app according to the GDPR, or at least sending a request to support team without actually writing an email and sending it.
