Policy

Overall the policy is really bad and feels more like scam. Be careful don’t click continue they most likely brake many laws by doing what they are doing don’t fall for it. Best thing is don’t ever download it or buy something from them.

be careful when checking out

The application probably has a problem when you cancel the subscription. It happened to me that I ended the application properly and canceled the subscription. Unfortunately, the company then deducted it from my account 3 more times. When I politely requested an illegal withdrawal from my account, I have not yet been granted it. So watch out for that. The company is not decent in this regard and does not act decently. A big minus for me and a very bad impression. I do not recommend!!!

App vs support

The app itself is fine, however the support approach and overall policy behind the app is very poor.
If you don't watch the seven day deadline, you are charged your money with no possibility of return unless you meet the ridiculous conditions.
If I may recommend, don't use the app unless you plan to stay with it already.
However, seven days is not really enough time to experience the true value of the app.
